For more than 20 years, I have helped schools, nonprofits, professional offices and growing businesses make better technology decisions. I step in when systems have become difficult to manage, vendors are not communicating, an important project has stalled, or nobody internally has the time and experience to own the whole picture.

Many of the projects I’ve led began with a blank canvas: a classroom, office, department, or organization that knew it needed to improve but had not yet defined the path forward. My role is to help make sense of the situation and turn it into a practical plan. Sometimes that means coordinating outside partners to build new infrastructure. Other times, it means untangling an existing system or workflow that has become a source of frustration. I work alongside the people involved to solve the problem and help the organization move forward.
